Press Release: "Rate of Heart Disease Risk Factors Vary Across Hispanic/Latino Background Groups"

On November 5th, Dr. Talavera was interviewed by Maureen Cavanaugh of KPBS (local NPR radio station), on findings from the HCHS/SOL article, “Prevalence of Major Cardiovascular Risk Factors and Cardiovascular Diseases among Hispanic/Latino Individiuals of Diverse Backgrounds in the United States." The article was published in the November 7 issue of the Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA).
